FOUND IN THE CALIFORNIA DESERT — WITH ALL OF HIS ORGANS MISSING

THE MYSTERIOUS DEATH OF MODEL RYAN SINGLETON

Baker, California — 2013.

Ryan Singleton was a 24-year-old model from Atlanta. A dreamer. A runway talent. A son whose mother believed the world was finally beginning to see the greatness she always saw in him.

“He wanted to be a star,” she said. And he was on his way — walking New York Fashion Week, traveling from coast to coast, chasing the life he worked so hard to build.

In July, Ryan flew to Los Angeles for a short trip. He rented a car, drove to Las Vegas… and on his way back, everything changed. His car broke down in the deadly heat of the Mojave Desert. A highway patrol officer picked him up and dropped him at a gas station in Baker, where Ryan called a friend for help.

But by the time the friend arrived, Ryan had vanished.

Seventy-four days passed with no trace. Then, in September, two men walking through the desert stumbled upon human remains. It was Ryan. His body was found just a couple of miles from the gas station — nearly skeletonized. He weighed around 50 pounds.

And then came the detail that turned a tragedy into a mystery:

All of his internal organs were gone.

His heart. Lungs. Liver. Eyes. Even parts of his ribs.

Completely missing.

The autopsy could not determine a cause of death due to extreme decomposition. Officials offered no clear explanation. But Ryan’s mother has never stopped searching for answers. She believes her son was taken — his organs removed intentionally — and she refuses to accept silence as the final truth.

A rising model with his whole life ahead of him.

A desert. A disappearance. A body stripped of every organ.

And a family still begging for justice.

How does a young man break down on a highway… and end up like that?

Why was his body left in one of the hottest places on earth?

Who removed his organs — and why?

Someone out there knows what happened to Ryan Singleton.

And until the truth surfaces, his story remains one of the most chilling unsolved mysteries in America. #musicaltheatre #worklife
