On the name of “honor”, Yaser Abdel Said k!lled his two daughters, 18-year-old Amina and 17-year-old Sarah, after he found out they had boyfriends, and boyfriends who were non-Muslim.

January 1, 2008, he lured them into a taxi by telling them he was taking them somewhere to eat. He then shot them both in the taxi.

Amina, who was shot twice, died instantly. Sarah, who sustained nine shots, managed to call and screamed, "Help, my dad shot me! I'm dying, I'm dying!”

He had taken one of the girls to Egypt to find a husband when she was 16.

He went into hiding from the law for 12 years until he was eventually caught and sentenced to life in prison.
