In April 2016, Indonesian dangdut singer Irma Bule stepped onto the stage like she had countless times before — bright lights, loud music, and yes… a live king cobra, part of her signature act.

But that night, everything went horribly wrong.

During the performance, Irma accidentally stepped on the snake’s tail. In an instant, the cobra struck, sinking its fangs into her leg.

Most of us would have run, screamed, collapsed — but Irma?

She kept singing.

She performed for 45 minutes after the bite, smiling, dancing, entertaining the crowd, unaware that the venom was already spreading through her body.

Only when she began to weaken, trembling and losing her balance, did the horror become clear. Irma collapsed on stage and was rushed to a hospital — but it was too late.

She was pronounced de@d shortly after.

A performer who lived for the stage… and died on it.

A tragic reminder that danger doesn’t always lurk in the shadows — sometimes, it’s right under the spotlight.
