The cervix and vagina naturally produce this clear/white fluid daily to clean the area, maintain healthy pH (3.8–4.5), lubricate, and fight infections. It contains mucus, dead cells & bacteria. 

When it dries on fabric, oxidation + acidity turns it yellow/brown—super common, especially mid-cycle or pre-period. It's a healthy sign, not dirt or poor hygiene.
