CARE FACILITY EMPLOYEE ACCUSED OF TWERKING NEAR PATIENTS ARRESTED
CARE FACILITY EMPLOYEE ACCUSED OF TWERKING NEAR PATIENTS ARRESTED: An employee at a disabled adult care facility in Florida was arrested for allegedly “twerking” in front of patients. Authorities were reportedly shown a video of four women dancing in a sexual manner, known as twerking, at the facility in front of their disabled patients.
Josalynn Janeice Hart, 29, was allegedly one of those women and was reportedly seen dancing on a sink and twerking on a table where two patients were sitting. She was not seen making contact with any patients in the video, though another woman is accused of physically interacting with a patient. Authorities said the patients in the video appear to be nonverbal, infirm, and incapable of providing consent. Hart is charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition of an elderly or disabled person and failure to report abuse and neglect of a vulnerable adult.
