Lil Uzi Vert shocked the world by implanting a $24 million pink diamond in his forehead. During a Miami concert, a fan ripped it out, and he later chose not to re-implant it for safety.

In February 2021, rapper Lil Uzi Vert surprised everyone by getting a 10-carat pink diamond, worth around $24 million, implanted in the middle of his forehead.


 He had been paying for this rare diamond since 2017, and it was specially made for him by famous jeweler Elliot Eliantte. The diamond became one of the most talked-about things in the music world.

A few months later, in July 2021, something unexpected happened. During his performance at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami, Uzi jumped into the crowd to go crowd surfing. In the chaos, the diamond got pulled out of his forehead. Uzi later said, “I jumped into the crowd and they kinda ripped it out,” but he made it clear that he still had the diamond and it wasn’t lost.

After this scary moment, Uzi decided it was too risky to put the diamond back. Instead, he replaced it with a simple barbell piercing to avoid future harm.




This incident made many people talk about how far celebrities go to express themselves, and how dangerous extreme body modifications can be. It reminded everyone that even expensive and stylish choices can come with serious safety risks.
